They are particularly useful to people who spend long periods driving such as taxi drivers, who often suffer from lower back problems. The lumbar roll comes in D-shape or circular-shape. The circular-shape roll is usually of most benefit to those users who have a particularly pronounced lordosis and require a little extra support to fit snugly
